Last Sunday on 23 of August, 2015 I was walking the dog and I forgot the keys for the building and got locked out. I proceeded to talk to the security on duty at the gate at 13:40 who introduced himself as Steve Sakar. I told him that I was a resident here and explained the situation in detail. I kindly asked him to let me in back into my building. He refused by lying that the security does not have an access to the building. Several times I reiterated the urgency of the matter, I asked him to call his manager – no result. I had to wait in front of my building with a dog as a homeless person. After 15 minutes of more waiting I called my wife to come let me in. She had to leave work and drive home because the security cannot accommodate me.
I urge our Board of Directors to look in this matter, contact security company to figure out a solution to this situation. I do not want to pay money to the company and individuals who lie and refuse to help. A review of polices and operating procedures should take place.
