Garbage Chute are cleaned!

Over time, garbage dries and cakes the sides of the chute, causing unwanted bacteria and odors to linger in the hallways, especially when the make-up units are either not working or performing in low capacity. The building’s compactor becomes a breeding ground for unwanted bacteria and smell.
There are two potential odor sources in our buildings:
- From the compactor where the garbage is decomposing.
- From the garbage chute.

Careless residents will even throw cat litter, dirty diapers and food let over directly into the chute. Just imagine being the next person to open the trash chute door after such shenanigans and getting a face full of bacteria-laden air.
Not only cleaning process clean the chute – it also effectively eliminate the fire hazards that exist within the chute. The flammable grease and sludge that is baked onto the garbage chute will be cleaned off with.
