Lobbies renovations

Dear Neighbor,

Please be advised that effective this week, we are starting renovations in both Buildings B and D as follows:

– Garage Elevator Entrances
– Main and First Floor Lobbies

The board is finally in an operating and fiscal position that allows for this work, which has been requested by the owners for a long time.

This work involves, painting, tiling, wallpapers removal etc. and will occur over a period of 5 to 6 weeks. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this work may cause, but keep in mind it is only a temporary inconvenience towards much needed renovations to enhance the appearance of our buildings.

We will make sure disruptions are minimized and will post update notices in the elevators and our website.
