Parking

You have your assigned parking spot(s) at the garage P2 level. Please contact the Property Administrator office for details. Guests parking is available in the main townhouse community and the underground lot.  Overnight parking for guests can be arranged through the security and the gatehouse.

Please ALWAYS USE CAUTION when entering/exiting the underground parking through the Garage Doors.  Always use your FOB key to activate the garage doors and exercise caution when approaching and proceeding through/under the garage doors to protect against accident and/or injury.

Never exit through the garage door on foot.
PLEASE NOTE: Owners are not allowed to park in the commercial section of our corporation

Access to surrounding parks

Access to these parks can be obtained through our Property Management office.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any shared space such as the parking garage, hallways and elevator.

Key to adjoining park

At the north of our site you can use the gate to adjoining park. If you would like to obtain the key of the gate, please contact Johanna at our Shared Facility property management office at 905.886.3855 or centralpark@rogers.com. The cost of the key is $5.00.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
