To owners at YRCC878
Please be advised that effective July 2, 2015 the YRCC 878 Board has ended its contractual relations with CPO Property Management. As such, Vadym Koyen is no longer the property manager for our corporation. We thank Vadym for his service and wish him well in the future.
Effective July 6, 2015 the following arrangements have been made regarding the day to day management of our buildings:
- Our Superintendent Ted Bloome will be present for daily operational issues such as repairs, request for services etc. At times when Ted is unavailable (vacation days etc.) the Assistant Superintendent will respond to owner issues.
- YRCC 878 has hired an Office Administrator to assist in the daily operations of our affairs. Her name is Suki Fung and she will be in our management office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. Suki will be responsible for daily communication with owners regarding issues or concerns and will be the direct liaison with the owners on behalf of the Board. - YRCC 878 has retained the services of a new Corporate Accountant who will facilitate all financial aspects of our corporation in liaison with the Board and our Auditors.
