Special Assessments

As you know, no one likes a special assessment. This is an additional charge levied onto owners when either our Board or Shared Facility Board anticipates a budgeting shortfall for any fiscal year. The recent special assessment for example was levied by the former Board of Directors to pay for the installation of Honeywell Chillers.

Rest assured, your current Board of Directors are completely against special assessments. This is why we have worked so hard over the last year and so to reduce operating expenses, save money and increase our reserve funds.

In the unlikely event that another special assessment is required, the Board will immediately issue owner communication way in advance to inform owners and call the owners meeting to discuss the with the owners directly!
